In today’s video I discuss The Female Diet and how it plays a role in MGTOW or Men Going Their Own Way.
It is essential that MGTOW understand that the Female Diet for the most part is high sugar, high carbs, and mostly GMO and Soy-based foods.
This creates an imbalance in their hormones and they become more moody and emotional than normal.
This also creates problems with their thyroid glands and allows them to add fat quicker and makes it harder to lose.
This explains a lot of our problems these days as we Go Our Own Way in society filled with dense low-IQ individuals who eat crap foods.
The key to any diet should be high protein and high (healthy) fats.
This will serve you and your brain well and keep you fuller throughout the day.
Most do not have the discipline to eat the same foods over and over again, day in and day out.
This is the key to sustained low-body fat.
